🌿  Qigong for Everyone

12 Treasure Qigong Fundamentals  🌿

9am - 4pm

All Day Qigong Workshop

(12-1:15pm lunch break)

Peak Physical Therapy
10580 South De Anza Blvd

Discover the foundations of 12 Treasures Qigong, an accessible system of gentle movements designed to help improve Qi flow, mobility, balance, relaxation, and whole-body awareness.

This all-day workshop is designed for beginners as well as returning practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the fundamentals. We’ll explore the movements step-by-step, with attention to posture, breathing, mindful movement, and the principles that make Qigong a practice you can integrate into everyday life.

Throughout the day, you’ll learn how the 12 Treasures can be used as a practical foundation for supporting flexibility, stress regulation, healthy aging, and a more comfortable, resilient body.

We’ll finish the workshop by exploring several short applications of the 12 Treasures within the Wild Goose Qigong system, giving participants a glimpse into how these foundational movements and principles carry forward into the larger Wild Goose Qigong practice. No previous Qigong experience is necessary. Come ready to move, breathe, learn, and experience Qigong from the inside out.
